Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Anyone can turn their own photo into a puzzle, which means you may see a picture someone else chose. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour, and accounts or devices that break these rules may be blocked from the service.

When you upload a picture, you confirm that it does not contain:

• sexual, pornographic or otherwise explicit material;
• graphic violence or gore;
• hateful, discriminatory or harassing material;
• material that depicts or exploits minors;
• anything illegal in your country or ours;
• anything you do not have the right to use.

Behaviour

Do not harass other players, do not deliberately disrupt a room, and do not use the service to distribute content that breaks the rules above.

Reporting and blocking

Every room has a report button. Reports are reviewed and content that breaks these rules is removed; we aim to act within 24 hours. In the mobile app you can also block a room immediately, which hides it and stops you rejoining. Because puzzles made from personal photos are always private and invite-only, blocking a room is an effective way to stop seeing content from whoever shared that code.

Your content

You keep ownership of pictures you upload. You give us permission to store and display them to players in the room you created, for as long as the picture is hosted. You can ask us to delete an upload at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is and free of charge. Rooms are temporary: game state lives in memory and is discarded thirty minutes after everyone leaves. We do not guarantee that a puzzle in progress will still be there later.
